The subject of the masters thesis is the new construction of a object for sport which is located in sport area Dukla in Pardubice. The building has a basement with parking and one floor with sport hall and other parts. The object is covered with flat roof. In the background of the building there is reception with bufet, changing rooms, toilets, showers, saunas and cooling pool, massage room and Kneipp walk. The utility roon is located in the basement. Entrance to the building is on the west side where there is also parking lot with walk leading to entrance. The object is made of collumns made of reinforced concrete and slabs of the same material. The outer fasade of the object is made from ceramic blocks Porotherm and insulated with ETICS system with the width of 200 mm
Family house in Stara Tura

Bachalor´s thesis is focuses on project family house with two–floors and detached with partial basement in Stara Tura. The family house is designed for four people. In the basement there is the garage for two cars, the boiler room and the store room. On the first floor there is the vestibule, the toilet, the office, the kitchen with living room there is free entry to the outside terrace. On the hallway there is situated stairs which divided house into daily and nightly section.On the second floor there is two bedrooms for children there is also entry to the balcony, the bedroom for parents and bathroom with toilet. The second floor covers the gabled roof. The roof coat is made of a ceramical burnt roof bags TONDACH. The vertical brickwork is formed by concreate blocks BTB 500 x 300 x 249mm in the basement. The vertical construction of the elevated part of the house is made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM 30 P+D. The horizontal construction is made of the ceiling girders POT and the ceiling inserts MIAKO of POROTHERM system.

The vertical internal bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 25 AKU P+D 372x250x238 mm. The vertical internal non-bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 11.5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. The horizontal bearing constructions are made of the ceramic girders Pot and the inserts Miako of the ceiling system Porotherm. The gabled roof has 40°, the roof coat is made of the concrete folded roof bag Bramac.
Apartment house

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the new construction of an apartment building, which is located east of the city center of Zlín, Příluky. The building has three floors and has partial basement. It is covered with a flat roof. Basement boxes for individual apartments are designed in the basement. On the ground floor there is an utility room of the building. There are two apartments on each floor. The entrance to the building is from the west side, where the access path comes from. It connects the building with the parking lot and the road. The car park has six parking spaces plus one for the disabled. The walls of the building are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The horizontal load-bearing structures are form a reinforced concrete slab. The construction is based on concrete foundation strips. Perimeter walls are insulated with ETICS system using facade polystyrene th. 200 mm.

In the passive zone there are two bedrooms for children, the bedroom for parents and a bathroom. This part of the house does not have the basement and this part has a straight roof. In the active zone of the house there are the vestibule, the toilet, the kitchen and the living room. In the living room and kitchen there is free entry into the outdoor terrace. In the second floor there is a study room, a library and a playroom for children. There is also the entry into the roof terrace. The terrace has two parts. One part is the timber terrace and the nother part is the grassed over terrace. The second floor covers the gabled roof with specific lagging noun. The roof coat is made of a ceramic burnt roof bag Tondach. The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks Livetherm SIP-NC P10 400x300x198 mm in the basement. The vertical construction of the elevated part of the house is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi 247x300x249 mm. The horizontal construction is made of the ceiling girders Pot and the ceiling inserts Miako of Porotherm system.
Hippoterapy Center

The center is located on the edge of a village Borová near Chvalšiny. It’s purpose is rehabilitation with horses or therapeutic riding. The architecture is based on a south bohemian farm archetype and is in all aspects wheelchair accessible. The complex consists of a hotel building, hosre stable and a riding hall. The dissertation elaborates complete project documentation to the hotel and stable buildings. The hotel capacity is 25 berths. The whole two stories building is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. Structurally it´s transverse wall systém. The roof’s inclination is 40°. There is aslo a caretaker’s flat in the hotel. The facade is made of dark coloured wooden battens which contrasts with the white plaster. There are places for eight horses and changing rooms for both empoyees and clients in the stable. The building is partially embedded to the terrain and the walls in the groud and built of concrete blocks. A flat roof is designed as a extensive plant garden. The south well aired facade is covered with stones All constructions correspod to valid standarts ČSN.
